Cherry & Pineapple Smoothie

Recently on Instagram and Facebook I have seen the viral Sofia Richie Erewhon smoothie everywhere. I have even seen some of my favs who happen to be in LA stop and grab it and rave about how good it is.

I love a good smoothie especially during the day because it helps me to stay full and not snack a lot while I work from home (if you work from home you know how easy it is to snack all day long) so I thought I would give it a try.

As I was researching recipes, I came across one that Mallory Ervin shared on her IG and it was the simplest of them all so I thought I would give that one a shot since I like simple especially during the work day!

Cherry Pineapple Smoothie //

Ingredients:

  • Tart Cherry Juice

  • Frozen Cherries

  • Frozen Pineapple

  • Chia Seed

  • Half Avocado

  • Full Fat Coconut Milk

  • Splash of Almond Milk

How to:

  • Combine everything in a blend and enjoy!

  • Note, I pretty much eye balled everything as far as amount of ingredients, just make it the consistency that you prefer and have fun with it, smoothies are great because you legit cannot mess them up!
